Thursday’s are going to be the days that we spend being thankful, content and grateful for what we have.
Since this blog is dedicated to the mission of seeing Matt Giraud Signed, we will start by saying thank you first to Matt.
Matt: Thank you for sharing your talent and music with the world! Thank you for choosing to audition for American Idol. Thank you for singing with passion every Tuesday night on the show. Thank you for reaching out to your fans and showing them how appreciative you are. Thank you for making us beautiful music with that incredible voice, time and time again. Oh…and thank you Matt for bubbletweets. God bless bubbletweets.

I am so thankful for you Matt sharing your talent w/ the world on a much bigger scale. i have downloaded some of your pre-idol stuff as well as your single studio versions from idol. You are like a fine wine, you have gotten better over time. I love the soulful rock sound. I listen to your music on my commute everyday and it brightens my day. Thank you and I very much look forward to your future in the industry!
I am thankful for you because your passion for music has reawakened my own. I went through a tough time in my undergrad and though I have a bachelors in music I hadn’t performed since I graduated. I had even begun to DISLIKE singing, when I saw Matt perform throughout Idol and then finally live on tour I was in tears because I knew who I was again. I Love you Matt for reminding me who I am! I cannot wait to hear more from you. I heard you say once in an interview that you feel like this is what you are supposed to be doing and there is not a doubt in my mind that that is 100% true. Thank you for allowing us to share it with you!

I am thankful for the kind and warm people I am surrounded with. I have the best friends and family in the entire world. I’m very blessed to have met many new friends because of Matt being on idol and I absolutely love it. I knew right away who I was going to vote for on Idol when I heard you sing/play Georgia. You’ve got a really soulful sexy voice. Piano players like Billy Joel and Elton John have been in my top 10 for years and you my friend are right up there with them! Keep your dream alive. Don’t stop believing. Remember God has His plan for you.
